We do provide 3-10 years warranty for the insole. However, we do provide free readjustment and repair for the insole as long as you need. T&C apply.

Unfortunately, the Insole is not washable. You may clean the Insole with wet tissue/cloth. Or brush the dirt away with old toothbrush. Please do not machine wash or dry.

Our insole is flexible and changeable. Our insole can be fit into most of cover/sport shoe as long as the space inside the shoe is sufficient. Make sure to take off the original insole from the shoe before insert our insole.
